Spanning an area of ​​over 100 mu, it is a limited liability company specializing in the integrated research and development, production, and sales of welding materials. Its primary product portfolio includes copper-free welding wires, gas-shielded welding wires, submerged arc welding wires, TIG welding wires, weather-resistant and heat-resistant welding wires, high-strength welding wires, aluminum alloy welding wires, titanium alloy welding wires, copper alloy welding wires, and a diverse range of welding electrodes. These products are widely utilized across various sectors, including shipbuilding, pressure vessels, bridge construction, railway rolling stock, and heavy machinery; furthermore, the company’s high-end products are capable of meeting the rigorous demands of advanced industries such as defense, offshore engineering, and nuclear power.

In this smart factory’s digitized workshop, automated and intelligent equipment is utilized across every stage—from raw material intake to the warehousing of finished goods. By implementing a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), the facility has achieved networked production equipment, established a “Workshop IoT,” ensured process transparency, and enabled the real-time visualization of production data, thereby guaranteeing the high quality of its products.
